Supportive Coaching Services
Our time together will aim to increase teen and pre-team tools for communication, and help parents meet them where they are. Together, we will get some goals, fears, hopes, and dreams out and into the universe so you can both thaw and defrost to make it all a reality! All meetings are virtual, with the opportunity for local in person meet-ups. You're busy, and my students and families that have worked with me will tell you I've got energy that jumps through the screen!
One-on-One Sessions
You can sign up for sessions one at a time as needed or look at 3 at a time. The purpose of this coaching is to bridge the gap between you and your teen, but it's no magic bullet! Having been there myself, I know there are ups and downs so we can customize our work in any way you'd like! I can meet with your teen, both of you or we can just meet! It's truly whatever you need.
5 Meeting Path
A little more pointed, the 5x's a Charm plan is specifically for increased understanding and communication between you and your teen. It is designed to let your teen feel in control for a little leverage (shhh...). We will meet together, then twice with the teen, then together again, and then they can decide on the last session (with you or by themselves).
